Unmotivated. 

Are you stuck? Do you feel like you’re just going through the motions? Have you set goals and failed? Guess what…it’s okay! Life isn’t always easy, it’s not always sunshine and butterflies. This is an important period of time where your limits are tested, but in the words of a wise fish named Dory “just keep swimming”.  

You can either choose to give up, or you can choose to persevere. Don’t settle, don’t ever settle for less than you deserve. Know your limitless potential. Yes, it will take hard work. Yes, you will fail along the way. But it will all be worth it in the end. 

Whether your goal is to shed those extra pounds, or to land your dream job, you will need to have a positive mindset. Believe in yourself and set small goals every morning that you can reach. It will make you feel good about yourself, and those small goals add up. 

Take care of yourself, drink lots of water. Do not coop yourself inside and feel sorry for yourself…that is the best way to let negativity in. Go for a walk around the neighborhood and get some fresh air, think about what you really want. My favorite thing to do is to go to a local coffee shop with my laptop and brainstorm my next steps.

Regardless of what your goals are, be fearless. There are so many successful people who have failed at one point in their life. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe this is the wake up call that you needed, to motivate you to live a life that makes you the happiest. Don’t focus on the distant future, focus on your daily goals that will help you get closer to where you want to be. 

Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable.
